CHF GEEW.ES series stainless steel wide inner ring self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are enhanced spherical plain bearings designed for demanding applications requiring high bending moments, resistance to overturning forces, and reliable connections under heavy loads. Based on the standard GE..ES series, this series features a significantly widened inner ring, providing European and American heavy equipment, engineering machinery, and high-end manufacturing customers with professional bearing solutions offering higher bending stiffness, longer service life, and maintenance-free operation under large linkage mechanisms, heavy rocker supports, high eccentric loads, and complex stress conditions.


Core Technical Features


Optimized Widened Inner Ring: The inner ring width is increased by 50% to 100% compared to the standard GE..ES series, significantly increasing the load-bearing contact area and bending section modulus.


Enhanced Bending Moment Capacity: The optimized geometry increases the bearing's resistance to overturning moments by 40-70%, making it particularly suitable for applications with significant eccentric loads.


Overall Stainless Steel Material: Both the inner and outer rings are made of AISI 440C high-strength stainless steel, treated with vacuum quenching, deep cryogenic treatment, and three tempering processes, achieving a hardness of HRC 58-62, exhibiting excellent dimensional stability and toughness.


Reinforced PTFE Composite Liner: The inner ring features a multi-layered PTFE composite liner reinforced with glass fiber and aramid fiber, sintered on its spherical surface. This liner is 1.2-2.0 mm thick, improving wear resistance by 50%, with a maximum PV value of 3.5 N/mm²·m/s.
