CHF GE..E series stainless steel radial spherical plain bearings are high-performance stainless steel plain bearings developed based on the international standard DIN ISO 12240. They are specifically designed for demanding operating conditions requiring radial loads, tolerance for angular misalignment, and maintenance-free operation. Key Technical Features:
Inner and Outer Ring Materials: Both inner and outer rings are made of AISI 440C martensitic stainless steel, with overall vacuum quenching treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 58-62.
PTFE Composite Liner: The inner ring's spherical sliding surface is sintered with a PTFE fiber composite liner, 0.3-0.5mm thick, with a low coefficient of friction of 0.03-0.08.
Maintenance-Free Design: Solid self-lubricating technology eliminates the need for external grease, achieving lifetime maintenance-free operation.
Corrosion and Temperature Resistance: Passes a 500-hour neutral salt spray test; operating temperature range: -150°C to +260°C.
