Key Technical Features
Sealing Performance Parameters: Dustproof rating up to IP6X, completely preventing dust intrusion; waterproof rating up to IPX7, able to withstand short-term immersion. The sealing lip contact force is precisely designed to achieve a balance between low frictional torque and high sealing reliability.
Anti-Loss Sealing Structure: The sealing ring is interference-fitted to the bearing outer ring via a metal skeleton and employs an anti-rotation design to ensure it will not fall off under strong vibration or impact.
High Load-Bearing PTFE Composite Liner: The inner ring has a glass fiber reinforced PTFE composite liner sintered on its spherical surface, with uniform thickness (0.8-1.2mm), a dry friction coefficient as low as 0.04, and a load-bearing capacity approximately 15% higher than the standard type.
Immediate Stainless Steel Material: Both inner and outer rings are made of AISI 440C stainless steel, undergoing a full-process heat treatment of vacuum quenching + deep cryogenic + low-temperature tempering, achieving a hardness of HRC 58-62, high fatigue strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.
