SPOS..EC Series

CHF SPOS..EC series stainless steel stamped self-lubricating ball joint rod end bearings are enhanced universal connection components developed based on the standard SPOS series for economical applications requiring maintenance-free operation, lower friction, and longer service life. This series retains the economic advantages of efficient stamping technology while upgrading the joint core to an engineering plastic self-lubricating bushing. It provides bulk purchasing customers in industries such as outdoor furniture, fitness equipment, agricultural machinery linkages, and commercial equipment in Europe and America with a cost-effective, lubrication-free, and weather-resistant "one-time installation, lifetime use" motion joint solution.

Core Technical Features

High-Efficiency Stamped Rod End Body: The rod end body is precision stamped and cold-worked from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Reinforcing ribs and rolled edges in key stress areas enhance structural strength, achieving an optimal balance between low cost and sufficient rigidity.

Integrated self-lubricating bushing: A POM (polyoxymethylene) or PA66+MoS2 (nylon with molybdenum disulfide) engineering plastic bushing is pressed into the ball joint socket, forming a low-friction (μ≈0.10-0.15), wear-resistant metal-plastic sliding pair, achieving lifetime lubrication-free operation.

Corrosion-resistant stainless steel ball joint: The ball joint pin is made of AISI 420 stainless steel, with a surface that can be polished or hard chrome plated. Paired with the engineering plastic bushing, it offers excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
